There are more and more excellent resources for companies looking to ensure their recruiting efforts take into account diversity and inclusion. While by no means exhaustive, the job boards and portals listed below are a great place to start when you have a new role to fill within your organization. They each attract diverse talent and empower underrepresented candidates to get their dream jobs.

Black Girl Group

A platform for Black women to showcase their projects and freelance services, connect with potential clients, and share with one another.


Black Jobs

This website features the latest job opportunities for African American job seekers from companies who are dedicated to diversity hiring. Ultimately, their goal is to help reduce the high rate of unemployment in Black communities.



Blendoor is tackling unconscious bias through AI and people analytics. Their platform aggregates diverse talent from multiple sources to broaden the talent search and then uses blind review and analytics to mitigate unconscious bias from source to hire. They also provide a job portal for diverse candidates


Career Contessa

Career Contessa helps women cultivate successful careers through expert advice, interviews, and videos, one-on-one mentoring, online skills-based courses and resources, and a curated job board that speaks to their audience.


Diversify Tech

This site contains a job board, a series featuring underrepresented people looking for tech jobs, scholarships to tech conferences and a number of other valuable resources for underrepresented people in tech.


DiversityJobs is a member of the family of job search engines. The board specifically features openings from employers dedicated to diversity hiring.



Elpha is a private community focusing on uncovering the best workplaces for women. They have a job board that highlights companies rated highly by their member network.



Their mission is to improve the lives and workplace for women through transparency. The site offers a job board, honest company reviews for women, discussion boards, and career advice.



Guild vets all jobs posted through an evaluation call with the HR team and adds them to the benchmark study they are currently conducting, so that visitors to the job board know if the workplace is female friendly.


HBCU 20X20

HBCU 20X20 connects Black college students and graduates to quality career opportunities. Their job board is constantly updated and they intentionally create relationships with companies and organizations who share their commitment.


Hispanic/Latino Professionals Association

Each year the HLPA matches the nation's top Hispanic / Latino talent with America's best organizations by identifying and listing quality organizations who are currently hiring and have a commitment to Diversity & The Hispanic / Latino Community. These lists represent thriving organizations with solid ethics and a proven responsibility to their employees.


IM Diversity is dedicated to providing career and self-development information to all minorities, specifically African Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific.
