Aleria’s team is comprised of passionate individuals committed to our mission of making corporate America, and society as a whole, more inclusive and equitable. We will drive deep change by showing organizations of all sizes the tangible business value of diversity, and how to leverage and implement the right initiatives. Our company values guide us as we develop solutions in line with our mission.
Because our work represents a radical departure from current approaches, it requires significant outreach and education. To support our ongoing research, education and training needs, we work closely with QSDI, an academic research center at the City College of New York, and Aleria Research.
