If you identify as a man – regardless of your nationality, ethnicity, political alignment, socio-economic background, age, or any other attribute – you should be increasingly concerned about the growing threats against our collective progress toward gender equality, from abortion to sexual harassment in the workplace.

Women already bear the brunt of sexual violence, they are treated unequally in the workplace and they are underrepresented in political and corporate power structures. The impact of these inequalities is particularly acute for women who differ from the majority along other personal traits, e.g., Black women, Latinx women, lesbians, bisexual women, queer women, transgender women, women with disabilities, older women, Muslim women, immigrant women and many more.

We, as men, need to stand up and speak out to let the intolerant minority of men know that enough is enough, and that we will not stand by silently as they use their voice and their power against gender equality. And we need to do it now.

Please join us in letting the world know that we men deeply value all women and their contributions to society, and that the vast majority of men are willing to stand up and speak out in support of women.
