CASE STUDY: Supporting Astrazeneca’s Global finance team in Driving Inclusion

By working with Aleria, AstraZeneca’s Global Finance team was able to understand how to better support and drive inclusive working environments for their employees across 32 countries. Leveraging our insights, they made tactical and strategic changes to key business functions, gained visibility and for their commitment to measuring inclusion and better focused their efforts.

Case Study: the state of Inclusion of women in cybersecurity

Starting in February of 2023, Aleria conducted a series of workshops attended by over 300 women. Workshop participants were given the opportunity to take part in an interactive Measuring Inclusion activity using our confidential, online platform. Each participant anonymously entered information about themselves and their work, providing powerful insights into the state of inclusion of women in cybersecurity.

Case STUDY: uncovering barriers to gender Inclusion in financial services

The Financial Women’s Association (FWA) partnered with Aleria to quantify the impact of diversity and inclusion on women working in financial services and to determine key factors that influence their employee satisfaction and retention. Aleria leveraged their unique human-centric approach to help the FWA understand how specific incidents of exclusion were impacting the attitudes and behaviors of individual employees, and how these in turn affect the companies as a whole.
