Capturing Experiences

To measure inclusion in the workplace, we have to gain insight into the experiences that impact employees on a day-to-day basis. Our technology provides employees the ability to anonymously share experiences of exclusion they face, enabling us to uncover trends in experiences and opportunities for targeted initiatives and meaningful changes.

Our Technology

Left side has a sample matrix visualization of the number of experiences of each category and source combination. Right side is a sample exclusion experience card noting being interrupted in meetings with categories being Access & Participation and Recognition, and source being peers.

Demographic & Identity Data

Beyond specific experiences of exclusion, each employee has the opportunity to anonymously share information relating to their identity, their sense of satisfaction, their role and more. This data, when linked to the experiences shared, enables us to determine if there are groups within an organization that are having a different experience when compared to others.

Confidentiality is Key

Creating a sense of trust and safety is core to our process. We’ve designed our technology with that in mind and prioritize anonymity at every step throughout our Inclusion Assessments. Importantly, we never provide raw data to the organization and only surface insights that can’t be linked back to an individual.

ONgoing inclusion measurement & tracking

Through our technology, you can ensure you’re keeping a finger on the pulse of your team’s sense of inclusion. Understand whether initiatives are having their intended impact, respond dynamically to needs as they arise and ensure a sense of increased transparency, accountability, and ultimately greater business performance.
